Returns & Refund Policy
At Sarah Kate Creative, every item is made with care, and I hope you love your order as much as I enjoyed creating it!
However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order by emailingsarah@sarahkatecreative.co.uk with your order details.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging within 28 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on:
You’re responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If your item was damaged or incorrect, please email photos and a brief description within 7 days of delivery so I can put things right quickly.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible at sarah@sarahkatecreative.co.uk with photos of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
